After a brief period at Pensacola High School, he graduated from Salem High School in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Dondre's early experiences instilled in him a strong sense of resilience and adaptability, qualities that would guide him through his diverse career.

Before embarking on a path of public service, Dondre worked as a windmill technician, where he developed a deep appreciation for sustainable energy and innovation. His commitment to service led him to enlist in the U.S. Navy, where he served his country with honor, gaining invaluable skills and insights into teamwork and leadership.

At the age of 22, Dondre returned to Pensacola to create a stable environment for himself and his family. It was here that he began to embrace his passion for community involvement and entrepreneurship. As a successful business owner, Dondre has honed his skills in project management while also leading a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting local communities.

Dondre believes in the power of collaboration and is committed to ensuring that every voice in our district is heard. He is running for state representative to advocate for the issues that matter most to our families, businesses, and future generations.
